SmithTool extends to each customer a 90-day warranty on all body castings and 30-days on all replacement parts.  SmithTool specialized hand tools are warranted against breakage accordingly from date of purchase. 

Special Warranty Information

Used and Damaged Parts: SmithTool disclaims any liability for product defect claims that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, misapplication or improper product handling and/or packaging during return shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration.  The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  SmithTool has the right to refuse packages that are not pre-paid prior to return.

SmithTool Limited Warranty

SmithTool shall not be liable for any damage caused to products or replacement parts in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of SmithTool in the conduct of normal business procedures.  Repairing mechanical equipment can be dangerous.  SmithTool expects their customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. SmithTool assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person. SmithTool shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.  All products manufactured by SmithTool are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship only. Final decision will be made in a just and prompt manner.
